How to choose

Pricing model. Flat (Barly $5.99, Progressify $5) versus tiers by views (Essential) or orders (Kaktus). Tiers get expensive exactly when the bar starts working.
Rendering. Ask whether the bar is part of the page HTML or added by a script after load. Server-side bars (Barly) don't flicker or shift content on slow mobile connections.
